I've made it a point to start making one new healthy recipe a week. This week I made turkey white bean pumpkin chili. I know you're probably thinking, "What? Pumpkin in my chili? GROSS!" Trust me, you can't even taste it.
I did exactly as the recipe called for (except I only did one pound of turkey instead of two). I put it in a bowl and topped it with fat free sour cream and mild salsa and used Tostitos Baked Scoops to eat it with. It was delicious! There are so many good websites with healthy recipes, including the website that this recipe is on. I plan on making quite a few more dishes of hers.
